Se trata de una serie de escenarios encadenados que tienen lugar a lo largo del cauce del Río Congo. En los dos primeros escenarios, se narra el inicio de esta aventura y el viaje hasta África de los investigadores. Entre estos dos escenarios "introductorios" y el resto de la campaña, se incluye una breve guía de catorce páginas en las cuales se describen algunas cuestiones de utilidad, tales como la geografía, el clima, las enfermedades tropicales, las tribus, o los idiomas que se hablan en la región.
This monograph consists of a series of linked adventures that bring the investigators on a flying expedition across the Atlantic and along the Congo River into the very heart of the Dark Continent.
This monograph is devoted to two themes, those of air flight and the Congo. The latter is equally inspired by the real Congo under Belgian colonial rule and the novel "Heart of Darkness" by Joseph Conrad. In addition, an appendix provides information on airline operations in the early 1920s. The monograph for obvious reasons also contains detailed descriptions and maps of the Congo in the 1920s, with plenty of illustrations from the period.
