Vamos, que el único aliciente es poder tirar de éste con la licencia ORC si quieres desvincularte de la OGL, mientras no tengamos un Cthulhu Eternal "libre".
Si no he entendido mal, bastaría con incluir la declaración así para cumplir los requisitos de la ORC, sin necesidad de incluir el texto completo de la licencia.

En teoría creo que hasta se podría utilizar contenido CC-BY 4.0 en la misma obra, no sé si se me entiende. Ya dijo Matt Finch que habría que esperar unos 3-6 meses para ver cómo interoperan estas licencias y la situación se asiente.
Cthulhu Eternal ya es libre, no sé si le sigo.

Pues a efectos prácticos han liberado Call of Cthulhu (salvo por el nombre/logo):

y me han respondido:
“The text of BRP Universal Game Engine is available for use under the ORC. No rights are given to anything not in the BRP book, and no rights are given to use any trademarks, trade dress, or art - but if you want to use the Sanity mechanics (based on what is in BRP), go for it!”.
Y como la ORC permite coger partes y alterar/insertar otras, y los mecanismos de juego no pueden registrarse… puedes sacar tu escenario BRP de Cthulhu añadiendo “tus propias reglas” de atributos “sobre 100” y dificultades de las tiradas…
Como comentaba yo mismo por otro lado, supongo que han hecho el cálculo y les salía más a cuenta la publicidad de meterse en la historia esta que lo que pudieran estar sacando de licenciados en animación suspendida (#Estijian #OscarRios).
