Cthulhu. The Great Old One Deluxe Edition

The new Deluxe Edition of Cthulhu: The Great Old One is very much evolved from the simple concept of the early version. New cards coupled with new game mechanics and player interactions make this a whole new (and very exciting) game to play.

The Deluxe Edition includes:

72 Story cards

16 Horror cards

3 Sign cards

1 Great Old One

1 Cultist

6 "Cheater cards"

While I would love to be able to offer an "upgrade kit" for backers with the original Tarot-sized decks, there are too many different changes to literally each card to make it sensible or somehow more cost-effective than just pledging for the new Deluxe edition.

The new deck is standard playing card size, much easier for portability and hand management. The addition of the Elder Sign card (and Sign card type in general) offers more control over what happens in the game.

Other cards have been fixed or updated, and all card errata has been corrected. We have even included 6 new "cheater cards" to give new players a way to quickly check turn phase actions or point scoring.
